RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This offer applies to all orders placed via the website https://alivetillforgotten.com (“the Website”).

1. Definitions

1.1.
The following terms are used in this offer:
Seller — Forgotten Entertainment s. r. o., registered in Slovakia, operating under Slovak and EU consumer law. IČO: 57134855 DIČ: 2122579635 Registered office: Jána Hollého 737/89, 071 01 Michalovce, Slovakia

Buyer — a private individual purchasing Goods for personal, non-commercial use.

Goods — items offered for sale on the Website, including clothing and accessories.

Order — a completed purchase request submitted on the Website and confirmed by the Buyer.

1.2.
This offer regulates the conclusion, execution, and termination of a remote purchase agreement.

1.3.
By placing an Order, the Buyer fully accepts the terms of this offer.

1.4.
The Seller may amend this offer at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Website.

1.5.
A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded at the moment the Buyer clicks “Place Order”.

2. Return Policy — Ready-To-Ship Items

2.1.
For ready-to-ship products (hoodies), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

2.2.
Returns are accepted only if the product is in perfect, unused, unworn, unwashed condition, including:

original packaging
all tags and labels attached
no signs of wear, deodorant marks, perfume, stretching, or damage

Products that show any signs of use will be rejected and returned back to the Buyer.

2.3.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  The Seller does not provide prepaid return labels.

2.4.
The return is considered complete only after the Seller inspects the item and confirms it meets all return conditions. The Seller may refuse the return if the product does not meet required standards.

2.5.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items (NON-RETURNABLE)

3.1.
Products marked as pre-order are manufactured specifically for the Buyer based on the selected size, model, and configuration.

3.2.
Pre-order items are legally considered made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged according to EU law on custom-made goods.

3.3.
By placing a pre-order and making payment, the Buyer confirms understanding that:

the item is produced individually for them
production and delivery times may vary
all pre-order sales are final

3.4.
Pre-order products may only be refunded if they arrive with a confirmed manufacturing defect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Pre-orders (made-to-order items)
Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
Items missing original tags or packaging
Gift cards
Digital products (if applicable)

5. Return Procedure

5.1.
To initiate a return (ready-to-ship items only), the Buyer must contact:

Return requests sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5.2.
The Buyer must ship the return using a tracked shipping service.  The Seller is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5.3.
The Buyer must provide the tracking number after dispatching the return.

6. Responsibilities of the Parties

6.1.
The Seller ensures that the Goods correspond to the descriptions and images displayed on the Website.

6.2.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, the Seller is not liable.

6.3.
Minor differences in color, texture, or appearance caused by lighting or device displays are not considered defects.

7. Final Provisions

7.1.
This offer is published on the Website and remains valid until replaced by an updated version.

7.2.
Any matters not covered by this offer follow the applicable laws of Slovakia and the European Union.
